At Wion Holidays, we value customer satisfaction and follow a fair refund policy.

Cancellations by the Customer

  • More than 30 days before departure: 75% refund (after deducting processing fees)

  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund

  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

Cancellations by Wion Holidays

  • Full refund or reschedule option will be offered if the tour is cancelled by us due to unforeseen reasons.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Visa charges, travel insurance, and third-party bookings may not be refundable.
